The Laboratory of Environment and Land Planning - PAT- deals with the study of the methods, techniques and planning tools aimed at enhancing the urban and rural land.
Among the study subjects is highlighted that inherent cultural heritage with specific reference to the historical centers and the dynamics that over time have resulted in various stratification processes, also by analyzing the relationship that the historic fabric has with the areas of "new foundation" and with the new "prerogatives" emerging urban, such as regeneration, sustainable development, social innovation and smart city.
