Partner offer (competences/expertise)
We aim to improve the service logic of steel collection and material relocation supported by value co-creation, computer modelling methods and ICT tools. For that, 3 partner profiles have been identified as follows.
1. Supply chain partners
Partners are expected to contribute to discussion bringing their know-how, sharing needs and ambitions. A cooperative an open attitude towards other stakeholders along the supply chain is needed to develop a new collection and material relocation service logic that brings open opportunities for the steel sector as a whole.
• Households (either represented by household organizations or NGOs)

2. Research partners
Partners are expected to contribute designing the technology implementation plan and standards, including the operationalization of the ICT tool package. They will also play a key role in defining the strategy for a large-scale business model implementation.

3. Circular economy expert partners
Partners are expected to contribute building the environmental, social and economic assessment of the proposed service logic, designing indicators, accounting and preventing for potential side-effects. They will also play a key role in defining the strategy for a large-scale business model implementation.
